Job summary

The client is seeking a Finishing Manager for a £100m ultra high-end Cat B fit-out in central London. You will lead snagging, push trades to finish on time, and uphold QA standards on site using SnagMaster. A valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are essential.

This role requires hands-on site leadership, strong organization, and the ability to drive trades while coordinating with the project team across the West End site.

Job description

Our client is a well established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work.

We are assisting them in their search for a Finishing Manager for a large £100m ultra high-end Cat B fit-out commercial project in the heart of London's West End.

This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of work.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for snagging, driving floors to completion and being hot on QA, allowing the construction managers to focus on building. You will need to be out on site with the tablet they use, the software is called SnagMaster, and you must drive and push trades.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid.
