Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes to recipes and standards, ensure food safety.
• Station Management – oversee production at your station and keep area clean.
• Quality Control – maintain high quality in presentation and taste.
• Team Collaboration – communicate with team and coach junior staff.
• Menu Development – contribute ideas with head chef for new recipes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – keep kitchen and equipment in good order.
