Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in restaurant management, preferably fine-dining or upscale.
• Proven staff management, training, and development experience.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, cost control, and inventory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and mentor restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Control food and beverage costs, manage inventory, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive customer loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the restaurant's ambiance and presentation standards.
• Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu development and quality control.
