Placements24 is seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations of an upscale restaurant in Randburg. You will help with menu creation, staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining health and safety standards.

You will lead by example, training junior staff, ensuring top-quality dishes, and collaborating on specials and events. A culinary qualification or equivalent experience is preferred, with opportunities for career progression.

About the Role
