Aldwark Manor Estate is looking for an exceptional Manager to lead Chartwell Restaurant and Clementines, guiding teams to high standards across two dining concepts. You will drive wine service excellence and staff development within a luxury estate setting.

The role requires experience with 3 Rosette level service, strong leadership, and a passion for guest experience. Applicants should be prepared to start late November and work across both fine dining and a more relaxed operation.

• Experience leading high-end dining teams.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of wine service and staff development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Chartwell and Clementines in a 3 Rosette/Michelin-standard setting.
• Recruit, train and coach the kitchen and front-of-house team.
• Develop wine lists and manage cost controls and supplier relations.
• Oversee compliance, health & safety and staff inductions.
• Ensure KPI targets for spend and guest satisfaction are met.
