Alba Restaurant in Knightsbridge seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with a strong wine background to join our 2 AA Rosette venue and lead a warm front-of-house team.

You will work with the Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, guide guests through the wine list, and support service, training, and revenue opportunities while upholding our Italian hospitality standards.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Head Waiter/Supervisor in fine dining
• Strong leadership to motivate and coach front‑of‑house teams
• Excellent organisational skills and hands-on approach to operations

Mansioni

• Support daily operation of the restaurant with warm, attentive service
• Lead, motivate and develop front‑of‑house team during service
• Guide guests through wine list and drive wine sales
• Coordinate service, manage briefings and respond to guest feedback
• Step in to lead service in Restaurant Manager’s absence
