Aldwark Manor Estate in York, North Yorkshire, invites an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead Chartwell and Clementines in our luxury estate. The role focuses on delivering three rosette dining across the Chartwell restaurant and two rosette operations in a more relaxed setting, with a strong emphasis on team development and wine experiences.

Starting late November, you will drive guest satisfaction, manage costs, and uphold brand standards within a prestigious, privately owned hotel setting

Responsabilidades

• Lead Chartwell Restaurant operations and maintain high service standards.
• Mentor and develop Chartwell team to rosette level with wine training.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations across the estate.
