Job summary

Confidential, a well-established fine art logistics company in Hounslow, is recruiting an experienced Fine Art EU Shipping Coordinator to join our team. You will manage international shipments across Europe, handling import/export and customs processes from booking to delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of EU road freight, accurate documentation, and the ability to coordinate multiple shipments simultaneously with drivers, clients and customs authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine art shipping or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of EU road freight operations and customs procedures.
• Experience handling import/export documentation and clearances.
• Familiar with GMRs, T1 documents and customs bonds.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EU import and export road freight shipments.
• Manage transit documentation and customs paperwork.
• Oversee end-to-end shipment processes from booking to delivery.
• Arrange inbound and outbound movements across Europe.
• Coordinate customs clearances and border requirements.
• Raise and process GMRs, T1s, and bonds.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fine Art EU Shipping Coordinator to join a well-established and growing fine art logistics company based in Hounslow.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong import/export and European road freight experience who is confident managing shipments from start to finish within a specialist fine art environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating international fine art shipments across Europe, ensuring all documentation, customs processes, and transport arrangements are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating EU import and export road freight shipments
• Managing fine art transit documentation and customs paperwork
• Handling end-to-end shipment processes from booking through to delivery
• Arranging inbound and outbound movements across Europe
• Coordinating customs clearances and border requirements
• Raising and processing GMRs, T1s, and Bonds
• Preparing customer quotations and shipment costings
• Liaising closely with drivers, clients, agents, and customs authorities
• Monitoring shipment progress and resolving any transport issues
• Ensuring all records and documentation are maintained accurately

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience within fine art shipping, freight forwarding,
