• 5+ years in commercial vehicle financing, leasing, or related financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with Fleet-as-a-Service and project financing.
• Experience collaborating with banks, leasing companies, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales financing programs for commercial vehicles across the UK and Europe.
• Manage dealer financing, loans, leasing, and Fleet-as-a-Service solutions.
• Monitor program performance and adjust offerings based on market feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, product, after-sales and operations to align strategies.
