Job Description:

Miryco Consultants is working with a private equity-backed, high-growth Financial Services Consultancy. They are seeking a professional with strong regulatory knowledge to support regulatory compliance and operations services for their clients.

This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to join a fast-paced consultancy during its growth phase.

Responsibilities:

1. Support clients with compliance monitoring programmes.
2. Assist in drafting and reviewing policies such as Financial Crime, AML, and Personal Account Dealing.
3. Conduct quarterly horizon scanning to identify upcoming regulatory changes.
4. Perform regulatory research and analysis for clients.
5. Work with stakeholders to promote regulatory awareness and compliance best practices.

Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or Business.
2. 1-3 years of experience in compliance, operations, or regulatory support within Financial Services or Consulting.
3. Strong knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks.
