Job description

Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a Financial Services company to recruit for a Financial Services Administrator to join their busy team based in Belfast. The role is full time and permanent.
The Company
Our client is a Financial Services Firm, based in Belfast City Centre.
The Role
The Financial Services Administrator will work closely with the Senior Team to carry out a range of support duties. Typical duties will include:
  • Client Support: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial plans, including gathering client information and organising financial data.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on investment options, financial products, and market trends to support financial recommendations.
  • Documentation: Help prepare and maintain accurate records of client meetings, recommendations, and financial plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all financial planning activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to senior financial planners, including scheduling meetings and managing client communications.
Essential Criteria
  • Ideally, experience working as a Financial Services Administrator in a Financial Services Company.
  • A strong Administrator with a passion to work in Financial Services
  • Strong IT skills and good at identifying a way systems can be used to create efficiency's.
