Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading business support organisation, to recruit for a Client Executive to join the team on a permanent basis. Based in Belfast city centre, the business has a beautiful, modern office with lots of amenities close by. The organisation has multiple locations oversees business lending/asset finance solutions. The role of Client Executive Collections is a varied position which is responsible for ensuring that customers and external parties are dealt with in a timely manner in terms of collections. You will liaise with customers in a professional and empathetic way and build long-term relationships. You will be tasked with driving business efficiencies and be confident in suggesting areas for improvement. You will constantly review risk and bad debt to minimise loss to the business and support the commercial operation.

The right person for this role will be a professional Administrator with an interest in finance and specifically collections. The successful candidate will have demonstrable Excel skills and be familiar with FCA guidelines.
