For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $2000 sign-on bonus for Patient Service Representatives (PSRs):
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part-time PSR position.
The bonus amount is prorated for Part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible.
Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible.
Former MaineHealth members are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation from employment.
This is a 36-hour per week position.
MaineHealth Surgical Care - Belfast | MaineHealth in Belfast, Maine under Waldo Hospital, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our organization! We are seeking candidates with strong communication and administrative skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of reliability to support our busy and growing practice. The PSR will often be the first person a patient sees at a visit, greeting patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and performing other general office duties.
The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with federal, state, and MaineHealth confidentiality policies. This individual should be a quick learner, possess excellent computer skills, and be able to navigate the EHR effectively.
