A leading legal recruitment firm is seeking an experienced finance lawyer to join a top firm's finance and restructuring team on a temporary contract for 6-12 months, starting in January 2024. Job description

LAW Absolute is currently working with a Top 100 firm whose finance and restructuring team currently has an opportunity for an experienced finance lawyer with financial restructuring experience. The role is to start in the New year to cover temporary leave and will likely be for 6-12 months.

You will have experience in debt finance and special situation scenarios. Namely working with financial institutions, businesses, and insolvency practitioners on a range of distressed debt scenarios. Experience with both creditor and debtor led work is ideal but not essential. You will work with businesses across a range of industry sectors and have experience of general banking documentation and some exposure to financial restructurings.

This role would suit someone who has prior experience in this area. Due to the nature of responsibilities involved, you will have at least 4 PQE and be able to start asap.
