Aztec Financial Services (Luxembourg) S.A. is seeking a Senior Associate (Band 2) to manage accounting for a portfolio of fund structures, including complex equalisation and carry calculations.

You will mentor junior staff, lead client calls, and help drive process improvements while upholding high internal control standards in a flexible hybrid environment with a strong benefits package.

Aufgaben

• Complete all aspects of accounting matters for a portfolio of fund structures, including the accurate preparation of equalisation and carry calculations
• Interpret and apply more complex LPA (Limited Partnership Agreement) requirements to accounting processes
• Provide assistance with completion of more complex audit queries
• Take an increasing lead in regular client calls and correspondence
• Undertake soft reviews of the work produced by more junior team members
• Ensure Aztec internal control frameworks are followed in full
• Maintain accurate records on internal systems and Microsoft Excel, working paper schedules for all aspects of accounting
• Deal with the preparation and reconciliation of periodic direct and indirect tax returns to the extent relevant
• Act as a mentor to junior staff under the supervision of senior staff
• Support with and/or complete fund administration processes as required.
