Frasers Group Financial Services is seeking a hands-on Financial Reporting Manager to deliver robust reporting, balance sheet control and team leadership within a fast-paced finance environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide insights and drive continuous improvement across financial processes.

The role offers breadth across reporting, management accounts and controls, with exposure to the wider business and development opportunities in a regulated, retail-driven group.

Qualifications

• Studying or qualified accountant status or in the process of qualification.
• Experience with financial reporting and monthly management accounts is beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and monthly management accounts to support decision-making.
• Own key balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities with strong controls.
• Manage, coach and develop two Assistant Accountants, fostering a high-performing team.
• Strengthen the financial control framework and identify process improvements.
• Provide meaningful financial analysis and build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
