Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)

STOIX has been retained by a dynamic and expanding international group, listed on the London Stock Exchange, to recruit a skilled FP&A Analyst for their central finance team. As part of this opportunity, you would:

• Contribute significantly to group-wide forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and performance management activities
• Get direct exposure to senior management
• Help shape the group reporting strategy
• Access to professional growth within a collaborative, lean head office environment
• Gain a deep understanding of the business and its drivers

*Hands-on experience with the Tagetik system is essential.*

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Tagetik Reporting Development: Translate business requirements into insightful and actionable reports within the Tagetik environment.
• Advanced Tagetik Data Management and Analysis: Extract and manipulate data within Tagetik to generate robust statutory and management reporting outputs.
• Reporting Strategy Contribution: Participate in the ongoing refinement of the group's financial reporting strategy, contributing to the establishment of new performance monitoring cycles and processes.
• Key Performance Indicator Definition: Collaborate in the definition of future Key Performance Indicators to enhance business understanding and performance evaluation.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Provide analytical support and reporting that will inform decisions related to the performance management framework and potentially external investor relations communications.
• Senior Management Engagement: Interact with senior leadership, providing them with timely and insightful financial analysis leveraging Tagetik capabilities.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven FP&A Experience: Demonstrable experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and the generation of management reports.
• Essential Tagetik Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with the Tagetik consolidation and reporting platform is a fundamental requirement for this role.
• Strong Analytical Acumen: A robust commercial and analytical mindset, coupled with intellectual curiosity to explore underlying data drivers.
• Autonomous Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and effectively manage workload within a dynamic setting.
• Effective Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate complex data findings into clear and concise reporting outputs.
