FP&A Manager – Luxury Design Studio | SW London (Hybrid)

We’re excited to be working with a renowned international luxury design studio in Southwest London to recruit an FP&A Manager for a newly created, high-impact role.

This is more than just a finance position — it’s a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, systems innovation, and cross-functional project delivery in a fast-growing, employee-owned business.

THE ROLE

Based in their beautiful new HQ (easily accessible via mainline and District Line trains), this hybrid role requires 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Reporting directly to the CFO and Commercial Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the business uses data, technology, and financial planning to scale smartly.

This role centres on three core pillars:

  • Deliver strategic financial insights to support the CFO in business planning and performance tracking
  • Partner with design leads and project managers to ensure commercial visibility on project delivery
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that clearly communicate financial KPIs
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling processes
  • Take ownership of FP&A systems optimisation, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements
  • Lead projects to enhance reporting accuracy, speed, and usability using tools such as Power BI (required)
  • Work cross-functionally to streamline operations, improve data flow, and embed best practice
  • Experience with Deltek is a plus but not required
  • Provide financial oversight on projects, ensuring resources and timelines align with budgets
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to improve how project performance is tracked and reported
  • Create internal toolkits and training materials to upskill colleagues and support a culture of continuous improvement

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We’re looking for someone with a unique blend of commercial finance experience, systems know-how, and project awareness:

  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Solid experience in FP&A and business partnering
  • Skilled in leveraging technology to improve financial processes and visibility (Power BI required)
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to systems and process transformation projects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
  • Proactive, curious, and change-driven

  • 09:30–17:30, Monday to Friday (flexible hours available)
