An award-winning MGA is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their finance department. The role involves leading and being responsible for producing the monthly, quarterly, and annual MI, as well as managing all reporting matters.

The main responsibilities of this FP&A Manager role include:

1. Leading and delivering Board and EXCO reporting
2. Leading P&L and business review meetings with MDs
3. Managing end-to-end FP&A month-end deliverables
4. Meeting with portfolio teams and cost centre heads to build annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
5. Producing investment models to review trading teams and extend to a 5-year plan
6. Developing dashboards for KPI reporting and analytics for management and executive teams
7. Maintaining a central data warehouse for MI and statutory purposes
8. Supporting the implementation of a new finance reporting tool
9. Coaching the FP&A analyst and supporting their growth

The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Partnering or FP&A within financial services, preferably in the insurance industry. They must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
