Financial Planning Administrator / Receptionist (Financial Planning Firm) Leicester
Up to £28,000

NJR Recruitment is currently working alongside a well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers and Insurance Brokers who are now recruiting for an IFA Administrator / Receptionist. This role has arisen due to internal progression. The successful candidate will work with a busy team of Financial Planners, providing support to ensure a seamless service for clients.

The role will also involve reception cover two days per week.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process new business, client illustrations, and valuations; schedule client appointments.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant procedures including TCF, T&C, and financial crime policies (anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption).
  3. Greet and assist clients, check their details on the system, and provide refreshments where appropriate.
  4. Answer phones, take detailed messages, and direct calls appropriately.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing post, including scanning and distributing.
  6. Organize outgoing post for collection.
  7. Maintain tidiness in reception and meeting rooms.
  8. Perform photocopying, prepare client files, and handle general administrative duties including LOA processing.
  9. Print and post signature documents as needed.
  10. Manage and input data into the database.

The ideal candidate will have industry-related experience, particularly with pensions and investments. Reception or front-of-house experience, delivering first-class service to clients and colleagues, is also preferred.
