Receptionist/Administrator positions - Living Well Business Unit, Locala Health and Wellbeing
We seek enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support our Reception and Administration functions across various services in the Living Well Division.
The roles involve supporting a range of tasks within different services and managing reception duties. As Locala continues to grow, this is a great opportunity for career development. Flexibility and the ability to travel are required, as you will cover multiple sites across Kirklees.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. You should have excellent organizational skills and ensure operational and administrative processes, along with quality improvement initiatives, are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
Previous reception or administrative experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Strong communication skills are necessary for liaising with patients, clinicians, and managers. Good time management skills are essential to handle a busy workload.
