Une entreprise de construction niche recherche un directeur financier à temps partiel pour revitaliser sa fonction financière. En collaboration avec le nouveau directeur général, le candidat examinera les processus actuels et mettra en œuvre un nouveau système CRM pour soutenir la croissance rentable de l'entreprise sur une période de trois mois, à raison de deux jours par semaine.

Qualifications

• Aptitude à automatiser des processus.
• Expérience en mise en œuvre de systèmes CRM.

Responsibilities

• Réviser la fonction financière actuelle et les compétences du personnel.
• Amender les processus et contrôles existants.
• Collaborer avec le MD pour convenir des rapports et tableaux de bord.

On an exclusive basis Greenwell Gleeson is seeking a Part-Time / Fractional Finance Director to support a niche construction enterprise. The enterprise has been trading for many years but growth has stalled in the last 3/4 years and a new MD has been brought just over 12 months ago with he mandate to drive profitable sustained growth.

After taking time to assess the enterprise & it strengths & challenges the MD has highlighted a need for a Part-time Finance exec to support a review and transformation of the finance function

Success has been defined to include the following:

• Review the current state of the finance function. This is to include the aptitudes of the current staff, existing processes & controls & the timeliness, quality & relevance of its outputs.
• Amend where required processes & controls.
• Review existing CRM/Accounting software with the expectation that a new CRM system will be required. If agreed the interim will also support the enterprise implement a new system.
• Work the MD to agree the dashboard & reports required going forward. Automate processes to ensure their timely provision.

At present it is envisaged all of the above can be achieved on the basis of 2 day a week for a period of 3 months.
