Job Description:

We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy that works with companies with a turnover of 1 billion and above, consulting on finance transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and broader stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional travel, expensed, possibly once a quarter internationally. The salary range is £150,000-180,000 plus a circa 20% bonus and other benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience in problem-solving within large consultancies or the Big 4, be accustomed to working on pitches with support from a sales team, and managing multiple stakeholder requirements. The role focuses on high-level advisory services in FP&A, analytics, and related areas, rather than finance implementation. You may also advise on competitors' strategies and innovations such as AI. The work includes large-scale shared service projects and AI initiatives.
