We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy business that works with companies of 1 billion and above in turnover, providing consulting on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and wider stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional travel, expensed, possibly once a quarter internationally. The salary range is £150,000-180,000 plus a bonus of circa 20% and other benefits. The ideal candidate will be experienced in problem-solving, have worked in a larger consultancy or the Big 4, and be familiar with working on pitches with support from a sales team. They should be adept at managing multiple requirements and stakeholders. The role focuses on high-level advisory work in FP&A, Analytics, and related areas, rather than finance implementation. You may also advise on competitors' strategies and opportunities. The work involves large-scale shared service projects and AI initiatives.
