Job Description:

We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy that works with companies with a turnover of 1 billion and above, providing consulting on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and broader stakeholders. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel, which is expensed and may occur once a quarter internationally. The salary range is £150,000-£180,000 plus a bonus of around 20% and other benefits.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in problem-solving, have worked in a large consultancy or the Big 4, and be familiar with working on pitches supported by a sales team. They should be adept at managing multiple requirements and stakeholders. The role is suited for someone who enjoys FP&A, Analytics, and can provide high-level consulting on these topics. This is an advisory role, not an implementation role, and may include advising on competitors' strategies and potential opportunities. The work will involve large-scale shared service projects and AI initiatives.
