Job description

We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy that works with companies with a turnover of 1 billion and above, providing consulting on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working closely with finance teams and broader stakeholders. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel, which is expensed and may include international trips once a quarter.

The role offers a salary of £150,000-180,000 plus a bonus of around 20% and other benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience in problem-solving within a large consultancy or the Big 4, be familiar with working on pitches supported by a sales team, and be adept at managing multiple requirements and stakeholders. The focus is on high-level advisory work in FP&A, Analytics, and related areas—not on finance implementation.

You may also advise the company on competitive strategies and innovations, including AI initiatives and large-scale shared service projects.
