Job Description:

We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy business that works with companies of 1 billion and above in turnover, consulting on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and wider stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional international travel, expensed and approximately once a quarter. The salary range is £150,000-180,000 plus a 20% bonus and other benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience in problem solving, working in a large consultancy or the Big 4, and managing multiple stakeholders and requirements. They should enjoy FP&A, Analytics, and providing high-level advisory on these topics. This is not a finance implementation role but an advisory position, including advising on competitors' strategies and innovations like AI. The role involves large-scale shared service projects and AI initiatives.
