• Strategic Focus: Day-to-day management of resources, schedules and deliverables.
• Time Horizon: Shorter, defined project timeframes.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly with project stakeholders.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Resource Management: Ensure project team has necessary skills and time.
• Financial Management: Manage the project budget within constraints.
