Job summary

Barclays is looking for a Financial Crime Business Analyst AVP to join the Intelligence and Investigations workstream within a global financial crime programme. You will contribute to the development and delivery of enhancements to the bank's intelligence and investigations capabilities, strengthening the risk framework.

You should have experience with agile projects (JIRA), authoring user stories, mapping processes, and financial crime investigations change programmes; role can be based in

Qualifications

Experience working on agile projects, ideally using JIRA.
Proven ability to author user stories and map processes and journeys.
Experience in financial crime intelligence or investigations change programmes.
Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Manage change projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
Develop and manage project plans with timelines, scope and resources.
Communicate with senior management and partners on progress and outcomes.
Lead project teams, ensuring adequate resources and skills.
Monitor budgets and create progress reports for governance reviews.
Identify and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
Facilitate change management activities including training and communications.
