Barclays is seeking a Financial Crime Business Analyst VP to drive the Intelligence and Investigations workstream within a global programme. You will support enhancements to the bank's intelligence and investigations capabilities, strengthening the financial crime risk framework.

This role can be based in Glasgow or London and requires substantial experience with agile delivery, stakeholder management, and financial crime change initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with agile projects and strong stakeholder management.

• Ability to run workshops, map processes and document user journeys.

• Lead change projects to meet strategic objectives on time and budget.
• Develop and manage project plans with scope, timelines and resources.

• Facilitate change management activities including training and comms.
• Provide governance, reporting and escalation as needed.
