Job summary

Barclays seeks a Financial Crime Business Analyst AVP to join the Intelligence and Investigations workstream within a global strategic programme. You will contribute to enhancements in intelligence and investigations capabilities, strengthening the bank's financial crime risk framework.

The role requires experience with agile projects, JIRA, and documenting processes and customer journeys; you will advise, influence decision-making, and collaborate across functions to deliver compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience working on agile projects in financial services.
• Ability to author user stories and map business processes.
• Knowledge of financial crime domains and investigations processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage change projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with resources and timelines.
• Communicate with stakeholders including senior management and partners.
• Lead project teams with appropriate resourcing and capability.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditure against plan.
• Create progress reports to show alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate change management activities including training and communications.
