Barclays seeks an IFC Intelligence and Investigations Workflow and Case Management Project Manager in Glasgow. You will drive delivery of core FIU projects, shaping case management solutions with agile practices and close collaboration with FIU stakeholders and analysts.

You will coordinate resources, timelines and budgets, manage risks, and report progress to management, aligning with Barclays' governance and risk controls while delivering value to the Financial Crime portfolio.

Qualificações

• Extensive project management delivery experience, preferably in Financial Crime.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multi-functional teams.
• Experience in international financial institutions and regulatory environments.
• Experience leading transformation/change programmes.
• Experience working on large programmes with cross-border components.
• Exposure to workflow and case management in FIU contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of key IFC intelligence and investigations projects within the FIU operating model.
• Define and deliver case management solutions using agile methods.
