The CFO HQ near Wilmslow is seeking an ambitious, hands-on Financial Controller to own day-to-day finance and help scale a growing SME. You will lead a small finance team, deliver monthly management accounts, KPI reporting, and own month-end, year-end and audits.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and balance sheet controls, stock and fixed assets, and partnering with operations to improve margins and pricing. Hybrid working available and a supportive leadership team.

Formación

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or PQAn experienced Financial Controller ready to step into an FC role.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial SME environment experience encouraged.
• Strong financial control, reporting and process improvement capability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the finance function and manage a small finance team.
• Produce monthly management accounts, commentary and KPI reporting.
• Own month-end, year-end, statutory reporting and audit processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and balance sheet controls.
• Oversee stock accounting, inventory controls and fixed assets.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve business performance.
