UK Staffing Group Limited is seeking a financially astute Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function in a hybrid setup in Greater Manchester. You will manage a small team, deliver robust monthly accounts, and provide strategic financial insight to support growth and investor decisions.

The role emphasises process improvement, forecasting accuracy and strong governance, with close collaboration to the CEO and investment group as the business scales.

• Ability to present financial information to senior leadership.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day finance function and manage a small team.
• Deliver monthly management accounts and board packs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.
• Oversee statutory accounts, audits, tax compliance and controls.
• Collaborate with CEO and investors for meaningful insights.
• Improve systems and reporting as the business scales.
