Description

• Responsible for quarterly financial reporting and monthly management accounting
• Provide transparency of financial development and key drivers to support business decisions
• Update forecasts with latest developments
• Lead the operational and strategic planning processes across all sites and functions
• Ensure compliance with UK legal and global financial reporting standards and policies
• Prepare presentations on business development for management
• Conduct profitability and special analyses with actionable recommendations
• Improve finance and controlling processes, systems, methodologies, and tools
• Act as a business partner to senior management and all functions to enhance financial performance
• Lead the UK Finance and Controlling team
• Serve as the key contact for Division Controller, external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and insurers

Profile

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
• Experience at a Financial Controller level, preferably in manufacturing or a global business
• Strong communication skills
• Mentoring ability for junior team members
• Proficiency with SAP
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
