Job summary

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or suitably qualified by experience.
• Experience in Financial Controller / Finance Manager role.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow experience.
• Experience managing or developing a finance team.
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
• Proactive and analytical approach.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading the month-end process and production of management information.
• Providing analysis and commentary around business performance.
• Managing budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Monitoring cash flow and supporting effective working capital management.
• Maintaining strong financial controls and balance sheet integrity.
• Supporting statutory reporting and the year-end audit process.
• Providing commercial analysis to support business decisions.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Leading, coaching and developing members of the finance team.
• Reviewing existing finance processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting the senior finance leadership with projects and wider business initiatives.
