You will supervise and develop the accounting team, provide strategic financial insights to senior management and drive initiatives that strengthen the company’s financial performance and long‑term growth.
Think you’ve got what it takes?We’re looking for an exceptionally well trained and experienced FinancialController or Finance Manager,who possesses A1 technical experience as well sound commercial judgement. You’ll be taking a lead role in ensuring the efficient financial controls across multiple entities and with multiple income streams. We’re seeking a candidate who feels as comfortable with management reporting as they do statutory accounting, leading audits, budgeting, forecasting and benchmarking. You’ll either be a professionally qualified individual (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience and you’ll need a solid background in the preparation of financial and management reports, up to date knowledge of accounting standards and budgetary controls.You’ll be a natural leaderwith experience in managing your own team, developing their skills and mentoring their progress. Your skills in identifying potential improvements and leading finance projects will be demonstrable and your experience of using technology in previous roles will be obvious.
