Job Description:

We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy that works with companies with a turnover of 1 billion and above, providing consulting on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and wider stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional travel, expensed, possibly once a quarter internationally. The salary range is £150,000-180,000 plus approximately 20% bonus and other benefits.

This role requires experience in problem-solving within a large consultancy or the Big 4, familiarity with working on pitches supported by a sales team, and managing multiple requirements and stakeholders. The ideal candidate enjoys FP&A, Analytics, and can consult on these topics at a high level. This is an advisory role, not a finance implementation role, and may involve advising on competitors' strategies and initiatives. The work includes large-scale shared service projects and AI initiatives.
