We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy business that works with companies of 1 billion and above in turnover, providing consulting on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and wider stakeholders. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel, expensed, possibly once a quarter internationally. The salary range is £150,000-180,000 plus a circa 20% bonus and other benefits. The ideal candidate is experienced in problem-solving, has worked in a large consultancy or the Big 4, and is familiar with working on pitches supported by a sales team. They should be adept at managing multiple requirements and stakeholders. The role focuses on high-level consulting in FP&A and Analytics, not finance implementation, and may include advising on competitors' strategies and initiatives. You will work on large-scale shared service projects and AI initiatives.
