Job Description:

We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy that works with companies with a turnover of 1 billion and above. The consultancy focuses on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and wider stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional international travel, expensed and approximately once a quarter. The offered salary ranges from £150,000 to £180,000 plus a bonus of around 20% and other benefits.

This role requires a candidate experienced in problem-solving, with a background in a large consultancy or the Big 4. The candidate should be comfortable working on pitches with support from a sales team, managing multiple requirements and stakeholders. The focus is on FP&A, analytics, and high-level consulting, rather than finance implementation. The role also involves advising on competitive strategies and working on large-scale shared service and AI projects.
