Job Description:

We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy that works with companies with a turnover of 1 billion and above, focusing on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and wider stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional international travel, expensed accordingly. The salary range is £150,000-180,000 plus a circa 20% bonus and other benefits.

This role requires experience in problem solving, preferably within a large consultancy or the Big 4. Candidates should be accustomed to working on pitches with support from a sales team, managing multiple requirements and stakeholders. The focus is on high-level advisory work in FP&A, Analytics, and related areas, not finance implementation. You may also advise on competitors' strategies and potential opportunities. The role involves working on large-scale shared service projects and AI initiatives.
