Job summary

NHS Shared Business Services in Leeds is seeking a Business Change Manager to lead change initiatives across Finance & Accounting services. You’ll connect programmes with business readiness, colleague adoption and benefits realisation, helping new ways of working deliver lasting value with minimal disruption.

The role is based in Leeds with Hybrid arrangements. You’ll collaborate with project teams, operational leaders and stakeholders to understand impacts and prepare the business for change

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of managing organisational change in large environments.
• Ability to assess impacts across people, process, technology and governance.
• Experience conducting business readiness assessments and readiness plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Identify adoption challenges and implement engagement interventions.
• Experience in benefits identification, measurement and realisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise colleague adoption and embed change.
• Support client onboarding and transition activities with organisational readiness and stakeholder engagement.
• Assess change impacts and readiness, present findings and develop targeted interventions.
• Integrate change activities into project delivery plans with project managers and leaders.
• Oversee training needs analysis and coordinate training for adoption of new services.
• Support benefits realisation planning and track business outcomes.
