Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives within our Finance Shared Services function. You will drive change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across finance processes to improve efficiency and service performance.

The role requires deep experience in Finance Transformation, ERP deployments (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics 365/Workday), and the ability to influence senior leaders, manage risks, and deliver

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Finance Shared Services improvement programmes.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, payments, management reporting).
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics 365/Workday).
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement across all levels of the organisation.
• Support implementation of shared service improvements, operating model changes, and process standardisation initiatives.
• Drive user adoption through effective communications, training, coaching, and readiness activities.
• Collaborate with programme managers, finance leaders, process owners, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of change objectives.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.
• Establish and track change adoption metrics, benefits realisation, and business outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement and the embedding of new ways of working.
