Job summary

PA Consulting seeks a Finance Transformation Consultant to lead or support strategy, operating model design, and transformation initiatives for public and private sector clients in the UK and internationally. You will guide finance function transformation from strategy through delivery, embedding new ERP solutions, and driving benefits realisation.

Hybrid working with face-to-face client work and locations across the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

Experience in Finance transformation programmes or Finance performance improvement projects.
Strong consulting skills and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of Finance platforms (Oracle, SAP, MS D365 or similar).
Ability to work across sectors and adapt to varied client environments.
Experience in Finance process and systems design, data migration, and reporting strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead or support Finance strategy development, operating model design, process and system design, and transformation planning.
Manage Finance system developments and implementations, including vendor and Systems Integrator oversight.
Optimise Finance processes with digital capabilities (Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S4 HANA, MS D365 or similar) and AI technologies.
Provide client-side advisory support across the full transformation lifecycle.
Support change management, employee engagement, training, and benefits realisation.
