Job summary

Montcalm Collection in London is seeking an experienced FP&A & Finance Transformation Manager to shape and develop the Group Finance function. You will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting and a data-driven decision support framework across the portfolio.

Working with the Head of Finance and hotel leadership, you will build scalable processes, standardise reporting, and lead Power BI deployments to deliver meaningful insights and drive automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
• Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience, including at least 2 years in hospitality.
• Strong track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group annual budgeting process across all hotels and units.
• Consolidate forecasts and produce rolling forecasts.
• Develop KPI framework and management reporting.
• Own Group Power BI reporting environment and dashboards.
• Drive finance transformation and automation initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate management information for leadership.
• Collaborate with hotel teams, IT, and audit partners.
