Fremantle UK is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation, Integration & Innovation to lead tangible improvements across the finance function in a hybrid London setting. Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Transformation & Process Delivery with a clear, prioritized roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Identify inefficiencies, duplication and manual work, implementing practical solutions.
• Standardise core processes (month-end, forecasting, reporting, cash flow) and maintain flexibility for portfolios.
• Reduce reporting cycle times and improve quality and consistency of outputs.
• Track and report progress against transformation KPIs.
