Job summary

Montcalm Collection in London is seeking an FP&A & Finance Transformation Manager to lead the Group budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across hotels and brands. You will own the Power BI environment, develop KPI dashboards, and drive automation to deliver timely, high-quality financial insight for senior leadership.

The role requires strong financial expertise, stakeholder management and a passion for continuous improvement within a hospitality-focused group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
• Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience, including at least 2 years in hospitality.
• Strong track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and hotel management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Group annual budgeting process across all hotels and business units.
• Consolidate hotel and functional forecasts, ensuring assumptions are robust and commercially credible.
• Produce rolling forecasts and long-term financial models.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making (including ROI projects).
• Analyse financial and operational performance and identify key risks, opportunities and trends and ensure these are clearly communicated to senior stakeholders.
• Support business cases for investment, recruitment, capital expenditure and strategic initiatives.
• Continuously improve forecasting accuracy, processes and methodologies.
• Work closely with operational teams to strengthen forward-looking financial planning.
