Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. in London is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst – Process & Transformation to partner with the business on FP&A, modelling and data-led decision making.

The role focuses on building planning tools, driving transformation initiatives and delivering meaningful business cases, with a hybrid working pattern in the capital. You will collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Procurement and Operations to simplify complex data and communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

• Sector: multi-site hospitality

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys transformation, process improvement, financial modelling and business partnering -rather than simply reporting the numbers.

You’ll play a key role in improving planning and reporting processes, supporting strategic projects and helping the wider business make better, data-led decisions.

Desirable: ACA/ACCA/CIMA progress, Power BI/BI experience, process automation or systems implementation experience.
