Job summary

hireful is recruiting a recent graduate to join the Finance Systems team on a 2-year fixed-term, hybrid role based in Liverpool city centre. You will gain hands-on experience in systems implementation, data validation, UAT, and process automation across the organisation.

Working in finance system enhancements, you will support requirements gathering, testing, and reporting while helping automate processes and maintain key finance reports, with some travel to regional offices as required.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with hands-on experience in finance, PMO, or systems administration.
• AAT Level 3 or working towards a finance, business, or project management qualification.
• Strong IT literacy with aptitude for learning ERP/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with finance systems projects, gathering requirements, and maintaining risk/action logs.
• Support UAT, system reconciliations, and financial data validation.
• Document processes and help draft user training guides; travel to regional offices as needed.
