Hireful Ltd. is seeking a recent graduate with a background in Finance, Accounts, or PMO/Project Administration for a 2-year fixed-term role in Liverpool. The role focuses on systems implementation and process improvement within the Finance Systems team, including testing, data validation, and automation.

The position is hybrid, with 2–4 days per week in Liverpool city centre HQ, and offers a salary of £30,594. Travel across regional offices may be required.

Qualificações

• 1 year hands-on experience in Finance/PMO/Systems Administration roles is required.
• AAT Level 3 or working towards finance/business/project management qualification.
• Strong IT literacy with ability to learn new ERP/financial systems.

Recent graduate in Accounting and Finance, or Business and Project Management? Got a work placement or at least 1 year industry experience under your belt?

This 2-year fixed-termrole is an outstanding development opportunity for an ambitious candidate with a background in Finance, Accounts, or PMO / Project Administration, to gain high-value experience in systems implementation and process improvement.

Working within the Finance Systems team, you will play a hands-on role in supporting finance system enhancements, user acceptance testing, data validation, and process automation across the organisation.

This hybrid role is working 2-4 days per week in theLiverpool city centre HQ and pays a salary of £30,594

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with finance systems projects, gathering business requirements, and maintaining risk logs, action tracking, and project plans.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system reconciliations, and financial data validation.
• Manage user access permissions, system workflows, and help maintain key finance reports.
• Document financial processes, identify opportunities for automation, and draft user training guides.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a relevant Finance, PMO, Project Support, or Systems Administration role.
• AAT Level 3 (or working towards a finance, business, or project management qualification).
• Strong IT literacy (Advanced Excel, Word, Teams) with an aptitude for learning new ERP/financial systems.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and great communication.
• Ability to travel periodically across to regional offices (Liverpool, St Helens, Warrington).
